Nine Months

imageNine months later and it is still hard to know my baby girl is gone. Some of my most memorable moments are when she chewed cardboard boxes and left the pieces behind (as pictured here). Oh how she had me trained because when she was done she would cross her paws, pose for a picture and leave the pieces for me to pick up. 😉

Mommy still loves you! Forever in my heart Dymond!

Dymond was diagnosed with Histocytic Sarcoma October 2013, she kicked cancer's butt for nearly two years. She gained her wings on June 15, 2015.

  1. Mist when I thought Dymond couldn’t possibly have any cuter photos than we’ve already seen…BAM!!! Some more cuteness shows up!

Thank you so much for sharing these spectacular little snippets into Dymond’s joyful personality! Angelversaries are a great way to showcase her happy little self! I know it’s bittersweet, to say the least. When you look at her pictures though, the sweetness overrides everything else! 🙂

The story behind the picture is hilarious! I’m starting to see why you nicknamed her “The Little Stinker”! She did an outstanding job of shredding the box! It almost looks like a lot of the pieces were very uniform! CLever girl!
We miss Dymond too. You are doing a lovely job of continuing her legacy here and through Dymond’s Paw. She is so proud…as are we!

    Much love my friend!

  2. Sally,

You have no idea how much your comments and uplifting words encourage me. I appreciate you more than words could ever express. Truly I say THANK YOU! Although the circumstances of how we met were not ideal, I’m honored to have you as my friend and you will always hold a special place in my heart.

    Love, hugs and many blessings,
    Katrina and Dymond too.
